Job Overview

Under the direct leadership of the General Manager, manage the daily operations of the Finance Department. Establish a scientific, comprehensive, and effective financial management system to maximize the role of finance personnel and management, ensuring the company achieves low-cost, high-return development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all daily financial management activities of the department.

2. Formulate and improve financial management systems, ensuring compliance 

3. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly financial plans.

4. Prepare and implement financial budget reports.

5. Manage comprehensive company-wide capital allocation, cost accounting, accounting, and analysis.

6. Handle full financial for overseas operations, conduct financial analysis on cross-border business, and report regularly to superiors.

Daily Tasks

1. Prepare various operational financial statements.

2. Ensure timely payment and declaration of taxes in compliance with regulations.

3. Attend executive meetings and provide financial insights to support company liquidity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Good command of English, able to read and analyze English financial documents; prior experience in overseas operations is preferred.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in financial management roles.

3. Proficient knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax laws/regulations; experience in cross-border financial management is highly desirable.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

5. Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and skilled in financial analysis.
