Job Responsibilities
1. Expand new customer base and maintain existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis on pulpboard commodities.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
4. Track order execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve issues proactively.
5. Report market dynamics, sales performance, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
6. Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. College diploma or above; 3+ years of experience in commodity sales (preferred in pulp/paper categories), with familiarity of industry market trends and sales processes.
2. Strong moral integrity, positive values, and a healthy work attitude.
3. High sense of responsibility, strong career ambition, and resilience to handle sales targets and pressures.
4. Excellent communication skills to build stable business relationships with clients.
5. Willingness to accommodate frequent business travel.
